For our headquarters in Sehnde near Hanover, Germany, we are looking for the next possible date for a:

Legal and Compliance Manager full- or parttime (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


Legal:

  • Supporting the management and specialist departments within the entire group of companies in all legal matters
  • Leading and expanding contract management for the group of companies
  • Independently drafting and reviewing international contracts
  • Permanent trademark monitoring in cooperation with an external specialist lawyer


Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance within the V-LINE GROUP
  • Creating and maintaining a compliance management system including corresponding online training courses
  • International transfer pricing: Ensuring compliance with international principles, creating and coordinating the master file and local files
  • Creating and coordinating the Group-wide corporate guidelines
  • Supporting the operational areas with compliance-related inquiries and audits

 

Data protection:

 

  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and providing support on data protection issues
  • Creating and maintaining a processing directory and deletion concept
  • Communication and consultation with the external data protection officer
  • Creating online training courses and ensuring compliance with information obligations


Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business law
  • At least 1 year of professional or other practical experience in a similar field
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Motivation to familiarize yourself with international legal matters
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

This position is full-time with 40 hours per week. It´s also possible from 30 working hours per week.
