What you can expect:

• You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting new employees to professional offboarding
• You serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, bringing clarity to all HR-related topics
• You think beyond operational HR and actively develop structures, processes, and standards
• You take ownership of international HR projects and independently drive topics from concept to implementation (e.g., annual employee reviews, engagement surveys)
• You work closely with managers and advise them as an equal sparring partner
• You continuously develop our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and use it as the foundation for efficient, scalable processes
• You analyze HR metrics and derive concrete measures for the further development of our organization

What you bring to the table:

• A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience in HR
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable role, ideally in a dynamic environment
• A structured, independent approach to work, with the drive to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
• The ability  to take a hands-on approach to operational tasks while also contributing to strategic initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with employees, candidates and managers
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HR system is an advantage, but not essential
