For our U.S. subsidiary V-LINE USA (Varioline Spare Parts Services Inc.) in Wall Township, NJ, we are looking for a:

Sales Manager US (m/f/d)

in full time to support and expand our US customer-base of companies with high demand for a solution driven value proposition in the area of MRO Spare Parts and Supplies.

 

The whole US is considered the focus develop area while the overall V-LINE GROUP clients tend to be active across the whole world. 

For new business the main focus will be on a more solution driven approach rather than a market driven approach.

 

The position will be fulfilled as a hybrid of travelling (work on-the-road), work-from-home, and work from inside V-LINE’s US office.

Proximity to V-LINE’s US facility in New Jersey therefore is a plus.

 

Your tasks:

  • Develop existing clients
  • Acquire new clients
  • Generate revenue with sustainable margins
  • Scout and identify areas for domestic US Business and global business
  • Support and enhance core business with existing V-LINE customers
  • Represent the complete V-LINE GROUP
  • Participate in events and associations
  • Develop and implement sustainable business models

 

Your profile:

  • Independent and self motivated
  • Sales-driven
  • Result-oriented
  • Natural door-opener
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Post-secondary degree or certification
  • Interested in industrial plant environment and related topics
  • Structured work approaches, task organization, call reporting
  • At least 3 years experience in sales (preferably also in account management and business development)
