What you can expect:

• You support the HR team in daily business tasks, for example by maintaining personnel data, creating references, and handling other administrative tasks
• You take responsibility for creating and preparing reports, statistics, and presentations
• You actively support the recruiting, e.g., applicant communication, scheduling, and pre-selection
• You analyze key figures and statistics (e.g., applicant numbers, recruiting KPIs) and derive insights from them

What you bringto the table:

• You are an enrolled student in business administration, social sciences, law, psychology, or a comparable program with a focus on HR
• You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• You have very good German and good English skills
• You are interested in learning new and complex systems
• You are a team player and enjoy taking responsibility for your own projects
• You are characterized by a communicative and open personality
• Ideally, you have initial experience in recruiting or data analysis
