Working student Contract management (m/f/d)

Would you like to gain practical experience and get involved while you study? Does a work environment characterized by both internationality and a friendly atmosphere sound exciting? Then V-LINE EUROPE should be your next stop! We are looking for support in reorganizing and optimizing our contract management based on an appropriate contract management software.

 

Your tasks:

  • Development of a filing and management system for contracts, procedural instructions, work instructions, and training materials
  • Setting up the contract management software enaio Contract File with the support of the external service provider and our IT department
  • Gradual transfer of existing contracts (keywording according to key criteria, including contract type, contracting party, signature date, notice periods, responsible employee or department, contractual penalties, regular contractual obligations)
  • Keywording and inclusion of all current contracts (during the student internship) in the contract management system

 

Your profile:

  • You are a registered student - a focus on law or economics is an advantage
  • Affinity for working with modern software
  • Confident use of MS Office programs
  • Good English skills
  • Confidential handling of contracts
