To strengthen our Procurement team, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Buyer (m/f/d) to reliably and professionally manage our purchasing processes.

Your tasks:

• Independent procurement of goods
• Commercial/technical qualification of supplier feedback, offers, and order confirmations, and subsequent entry in the SAP system
• Supplier identification – selection and evaluation of national and international suppliers
• Supplier optimization in collaboration with Supplier Relationship Management
• Conducting price, terms, and contract negotiations
• Resolving and preventing complaints and clarification with suppliers and our Customer Service
• Independent monitoring and processing of worklists in the SAP system

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Sound technical understanding, especially of technical material specifications and requirements
• Ability to interpret and evaluate technical documentation, standards, and specifications
• Experience in purchasing, ideally in a retail environment or project purchasing
• Very good German and good English skills (spoken/written)
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Independent, structured, and conscientious work style
• Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
