As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible not only for day-to-day purchasing operations but also for the performance of your suppliers and sourcing channels. You will lead price, commercial terms and contract negotiations and develop sustainable procurement strategies aimed at continuously improving costs, quality and delivery reliability.

You will proactively identify opportunities for optimization and potential risks, implement appropriate measures and collaborate closely with internal and external partners. In addition, you will actively contribute your expertise to the continuous improvement of our procurement processes and the professional development of the purchasing team.

What You Bring to the Team:

• You have several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a Senior Buyer or Strategic Buyer role.

• You have solid experience in supplier management and independently managing supplier relationships.

• You are confident in conducting price, commercial terms and contract negotiations.

• You demonstrate strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, along with a solid understanding of cost structures and procurement markets.

• You have a strong sense of responsibility and work independently in a structured and organized manner.

• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.

• You are comfortable taking a hands-on approach to operational tasks while strategically developing your area of responsibility.
