What you can expect:
- You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting new employees to professional offboarding
- You serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, bringing clarity to all HR-related topics
- You think beyond operational HR and actively develop structures, processes, and standards
- You take ownership of international HR projects and independently drive topics from concept to implementation (e.g., annual employee reviews, engagement surveys)
- You work closely with managers and advise them as an equal sparring partner
- You continuously develop our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and use it as the foundation for efficient, scalable processes
- You analyze HR metrics and derive concrete measures for the further development of our organization
What you bring to the table:
- A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role – ideally in a dynamic environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HR system is desirable
- A structured, independent way of working and the ambition to truly drive things forward
- The ability to work hands-on operationally while also thinking strategically
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with employees and managers
- Very good German and good English language skills
