Clerk Procurement Service (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Purchasing materials, components, and technical services
- Obtaining, qualifying, and evaluating quotes, including reviewing technical specifications
- Maintaining and updating item, supplier, and order data in the ERP system
- Conducting price and contract negotiations with international suppliers
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as customer service, logistics, and accounting
- Tracking deadlines, processing invoices, and serving as the point of contact for internal interfaces
- Communicating with our suppliers by phone and email
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in purchasing administration, ideally in the technical or retail sector
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Sound SAP knowledge is desirable
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous work ethic, and a good understanding of numbers
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and team orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
