Clerk Procurement Service (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Commercial/technical evaluation of supplier feedback, quotations, and order confirmations, as well as subsequent entry in the SAP system
- Independent procurement of goods
- Source determination – selection and evaluation of national and international suppliers
- Source optimization in collaboration with Supplier Relationship Management
- Conducting price, terms, and contract negotiations
- Resolving and avoiding complaints and clarification with suppliers and our Customer Service
- Independent monitoring and processing of worklists in the SAP system
- Close collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, and Expediting
- Designing and supporting the development of supplier relationships
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Solid technical understanding, especially of technical material specifications and technical requirements
- Ability to interpret and evaluate technical documentation, standards, and specifications
- Experience in purchasing, ideally in a retail environment or project purchasing
- Very good German and good English skills (spoken/written)
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
