Clerk Procurement Service (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Source determination – selection and evaluation of national and international suppliers
- Source optimization in collaboration with the SRM
- Commercial/technical qualification of supplier feedback, quotations, and order confirmations, as well as subsequent entry in the SAP system
- Conducting price, terms, and contract negotiations
- Independent procurement of goods and services
- Resolving and preventing complaints and clarifications with suppliers and our Customer Service
- Independent monitoring and processing of worklists in the SAP system
- Close collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, and Expediting
- Continuous communication with the relevant departments to optimize interface processes
- Design and support in expanding supplier relationships
Your profile:
- Good commercial fundamentals
- Experience in procurement
- Good English skills (spoken/written)
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
- Independent, structured, and diligent working style
- High adaptability in an agile work environment
